LGIS offers a range of services to assist local governments operate efficiently under the Roads Alliance, a partnership between local government and the Department of Transport and Main Roads which manages the Local Roads of Regional Significance network.
LGIS can support local governments with business case development, funding applications, stakeholder engagement programs and commercial negotiations, to further develop roads owned by the Queensland Government but operated and maintained by local authorities under roads maintenance performance contracts.
