Mark has held the position of Chief Executive of LGIS since August 2007.  Mark is also a member of the Senior Executive Team of Queensland Treasury Corporation.  Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive, Mark held an executive position with LGIS as its Senior Infrastructure Advisor.

Prior to joining QTC, Mark was the founding Executive Officer of the Queensland Water Directorate, a strategic water policy unit representing 157 local governments throughout Queensland.  Mark’s previous appointments include both public and private sector companies advising on asset management and infrastructure procurement.

Mark holds degrees in Environmental Science and Geology from the University of Newcastle and Engineering from Griffith University.
